They are currently recognised as the pre-eminent supplier of high quality heat pumps in the market, client include many of the leading house builders, government organisations and self - build and retro fit housing markets. In addition, they also work closely with many organisations within the industry.

They are currently looking to appoint a Retail Centre Manager to develop, manage and monitor sales and marketing strategy to meet business plans and company objectives.

You will have:

Experience of new business development
Ability to lead a business and team to continually meet agreed targets
Excellent computer skills - MS office, email & Internet
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Strong organisational skills and multi - tasking skills
Client facing skills
Smart in appearance
Ability to work alone under own initiative but also a team player
Proven ability in the development of a sales and marketing strategy in order to meet business plans
Previous sales or management within the heating and plumbing industry
