Our client has plans to expand its Transmission & Distribution team and requires an experienced Civil Assurance Engineer to work on electricity alliance activity.

As the successful candidate you will utilise your experience working in Transmission and Distribution, work will include the planning and preliminary design of new High Voltage Substations and their associated infrastructure, and the Civil Design Assurance for their construction.

Candidates will need to be qualified to degree level and ideally will have achieved or be working towards chartered status. And have considerable experience in the following;

-Substations
-Power Stations
-Large Industrial Site Development

Including broad experience in civil engineering involving both site and design based work.

In undertaking their roles individuals will be required to liaise closely with engineers of other disciplines and attend scheme development and design review meetings on a regular basis.
