Job description
With proven, relevant experience in route surveying and profiling, erection, stringing of conductor s and OPGW and the earthing and commissioning of 400/220/33kV overhead lines, the Principal Resident Engineer (overhead lines) will review and approve contractor’s designs, supervise the erection, testing and commissioning, site QA/QC and safety activities of the contractor’s work to ensure compliance with Client specifications.

Candidate specification
With excellent written and verbal communication skills, applicants should be educated to degree level in electrical engineering, preferably chartered and have singificant relevant experience.
Previous experience of working in the Middle East will be a distinct advantage.
Candidates should be prepared to undertake short visits within the region and elsewhere as required, to meet clients and contractors, at short notice.
