Our client is one of largest engineering, design and project management firms in the Middle East, having been active in the region for over forty years and successfully completing numerous projects in most major market areas.They are now recruiting a Manager of Architecture for their offices in Abu Dhabi.Your main responsibilities include: Managing, leading and inspiringthe architectural design team; will be responsible for leading a team of architects and technicians working on multi-disciplinary design projects.
Planning and resource allocation of the Architectural Department.
Planning and monitoring budgets,schedules and resources to ensure project goals are met.
Preparation of concept andpreliminary architectural solutions for project detailed design.
Assistance and preparation oftechnical and financial fee proposals; Developing financial proposals for new works.
Client liaison & coordinationwith other design disciplines.
Assist with the Business Development of the Branch.
Make a significant contribution to the sales, profitability and management of work and people in the Department.
Maintain the highest level oftechnical skill on all projects undertaken under his/her control.
To lead the development andtraining of leading edge technical skills and understand how to practically apply them in ways that adds value to the companys services.The successful candidate will have a well built CV of experience after their Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture and be used to large scale projects and a pressurised working environment.If you are ready for this exciting challenge, contact us today.
