An interesting role giving the successful consultant the opportunity to travel, particularly to developing countries. You will carry out and manage Resettlement Action Plans and Social Impact Assessment projects for a wide range of overseas projects. You will be based in the social strategies team, based in London, providing private and public sector clients with specialist advice on assessing corporate social and ethical issues. . Involuntary resettlement is one of the key concerns for some of the clients you will be advising. Recent projects have included a coal mining resettlement projects in Africa.

The successful person will have:
• a sound knowledge of World Bank and International Finance Corporation.
• Experience of design and Drafting Resettlement Action Plans and Social Impact Assessment projects
• Experience of managing complex projects in a wide range of sectors such as mining, transport and power
• Excellent relationship building skills, with strong influencing and collaborative working skills
