Director- Environmental Consultancy

This is a fantastic chance to Start-up and Develop the Indonesian Office for a Leading Environmental Consultancy.

In line with our clients rapid expansion in Indonesia and the immense potential going forward, they are seeking an entrepreneurial and dynamic individual to lead their Jakarta based office as Director.

Reporting to the MD in Singapore, you will develop and lead a team to provide environmental consulting services in Indonesia. Your key responsibility will be to build upon existing country business and start up, and develop the Indonesia side of the business. You will be responsible for country operating budgets, staffing, business development and delivery of projects. In initial phases it is expected that professional support from Singapore and Malaysian offices will supplement local capabilities.

To be suitable for this position you should have extensive experience within environmental consultancy and specifically experience of working within Indonesia and Asia. You will have significant experience in at least two of the following areas: Environmental Impact Assessments, Due Diligence, Phase I, II and SIR, Environmental Management Systems. Experience in environmental consulting related to the Oil and Gas, chemical and petro-chemical sectors would be advantageous, as would a demonstrated track record in growing business and managing a group of professionals.
