Our client has had a renewable energy team for over 25 years and complements this with services in energy studies, energy efficiency and low carbon developments as well as more conventional power generation. The renewable energy team provides a wide range of services dealing with all renewable energy technologies. The principal function of this position is to develop and lead a renewables team, providing technical advisor, study services, feasibility services, design and project management services to our clients. As the leader of this team you will provide a focus for renewable energy expertise, drawing on specialist support from throughout.The successful candidate will possess a relevant degree or equivalent with chartered status; and be able to demonstrate the following skills and knowledge:
• extensive experience in renewable energy studies (technical and policy) and demonstration or commercial implementation projects across several technologies
• project engineering or management experience involving quality, cost and time management
• ability to develop project briefs in response to client needs and prepare present proposals;
• experience in preparing reports and making presentations
• flexibility to work on a range of projects at different stages with a commitment to the development of the teamOur client offers;• a commitment to your personal and professional development
