This first class environmental consultancy is seeking a professional Environmental Economist to join their Strategic Services team. The role will allow a variety of different projects for private and public sector clients in a team undertaking due diligence and impact assessments, preparing management plans and developing strategies for clients.

Projects will be in the UK and internationally, providing economic input on a diverse range of environment related issues. This is likely to include an emphasis on socio-economics and environmental economics related studies. In addition you will help grow this area of the business. Key sectors and issues covered will include extractives, transport, regeneration, infrastructure, energy, climate change, biodiversity and international development.

You will be a self-starter, holding a qualification with a major component of economics or environmental economics. The position offers the opportunity to travel in the UK and to overseas locations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career.
