A growing and ambitious business operating in the exciting and rapidly changing energy and utilities sector have an opportunity for a Metering Services Manager.

Having developed a UK-wide metering service and installed over 10,000 smart meters for blue-chip clients, my client is set to expand and develop the business to meet the growing requirement for smart metering and energy data in the business sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational and financial performance of an established metering team, delivering services to a range of blue-chip clients. Typical projects will include large-scale metering retrofits across the UK with timescale and service level targets. The challenges also include development of new and existing market offerings, the pursuance of new business opportunities and managing the growth and development of the services and the team.

Outgoing and with a strong sense of drive, the successful candidate will have experience in both team management and delivering metering and/or energy related services to public/private sector clients. Experience in the commercial/financial aspects of delivering services and IT skills are also required.
