Our clients' are now recruiting for the position of Architectural Lead Technician for their offices based in Cumbria.

You will be required to produce high quality working drawings and construction information, and assist in surveys and building condition assessments.

The requirements for the successful candidate includes:

> Ideally you will have a BIAT, HNC or HND Qualification.

> You will be proficient in Autocad 2000 and have an understanding of Building Regulations and CDM.

> You will have a knowledge and understanding of key current construction methods, with practical experience in applying this knowledge.
