In Glasgow they work closely with their Residential Development and Planning teams providing tailored solutions for each project.

They have a in depth market knowledge, essential to any mixed use development or regeneration scheme and they can assemble a group of experienced consultants to deliver a range of skills, including:

Strategic development consultancy
Market and sector analysis
Strategy & options analysis
Planning consultancy
Appraisals and financial modelling
Development management & coordination
Market positioning and brand strategy
Scheme initiation
Development agency
Project management
Land assembly
Funding and fund creation/management

They are looking for an experienced associate level candidate - with consultancy experience in Physical regeneration to advance their career within this position to be based in Glasgow.
