An opportunity to join a prestigious Engineering consultancy and further your career working closely with senior Engineers to ensure delivery of these high-profile projects.

You will be involved in the preparation of reports, designs, specifications and contract documents
You must be a technically able highway assistant Design Engineer, assisting less experienced members of the team when required
You will liaise with other Engineers and Technicians to ensure that updates to technical standards etc are disseminated to the team
You will assist the Engineers or Assistant Group Engineer in ensuring that the design brief is completed satisfactorily
You will liaise with Customers when necessary to ensure that the design brief is completed satisfactorily
Your background should include:

A Degree in Civil Engineering
Actively working towards the professional review of ICE or equivalent in the near future to become
Highway design experience, including drainage design
Familiarity with Highways Agency procedure and Health and Safety legislation
MX, Micro Drainage and AutoCAD
