An Experienced and motivated Energy Specialist is required to Develop and Deliver Energy Services Enhancements, Retentions and Sales for one of the UK's leading utility environmental and facilities management service.

This is an exciting and varied opportunity to work with an award winning company who deliver the widest range of services to commerce, industry, retail, rail, healthcare, housing and the public sector in the UK and globally.

The successful specialist will support the development of energy services enhancements from existing clients, retention of current energy services business and sale of energy services to new clients. You will work closely with the energy focussed regional sales account manager and regional energy manager / Entechs and integrally within the regional operations and sales teams
You will also have an influence within the energy department, particularly with regards to implementing best practice

You will be required to undertake site surveys assess all potential energy savings and develop feasible proposals for negotiation in liaison with the business development and regional sales teams.
Analyse and define the needs of customers in order to provide energy services solutions,
To stay abreast of opportunities for developing energy services within the UK market.
To source new energy consumption saving ideas and develop approaches for their cost effective implementation.
Cost and recommend energy management solutions.
Manage day-to-day relationships with customers, ensuring that business needs are met.
