Our client is an independent company providing energy pumps that cover all aspects of heating and cooling for business and domestic use. They are currently recognised as the pre-eminent supplier of high quality heat pumps in the market, client include many of the leading house builders, government organisations and self - build and retro fit housing markets. In addition, they also work closely with many organisations within the industry.

They are currently seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to create, motivate and lead teams including sales and technical design engineers in a wide range of sectors, including commercial property development, local government organisations, retail and the leisure industry. Responsible for the combined performance of the team and for ensuring that everyone within their team reaches their targets.


Responsibilities will include:

Recruiting and training sales staff and technical design engineers
Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance
Allocating areas to sales executives
Setting budgets / targets
Liaising with other line managers
Reporting directly to CEO
Senior level account management
Maintaining detailed knowledge of the companies products or services
Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing
Identification of new business opportunities
Development of marketing strategies

Basic salary and package based on experience
