The UK's leading trade association providing waste management and associated services is looking for a Deputy Chief Executive for Policy & Public Affairs to be based in their Central London offices.

Having grown substantially in the past ten years, they provide a third of the Britain's renewable electricity, and are looking for someone to formulate, coordinate and communicate robust policies, together with representing the client in political audiences.

You will therefore be educated to university level, with excellent communication and strong analytical skills. Moreover, you will be required to be knowledgeable on technical and regulatory issues and to develop and maintain contacts with parliamentarians, officials and policy research bodies. Someone with a background in the waste sector would be beneficial.
