The client, a reputable waste management consultancy is currently seeking to recruit a Team Leader and Compliance Specialist. This role will involve:

Assisting the Business Sales Manager (BSM) with the development of the business plan for the sector.
Contract Management & Delivery
Resource Management
Compliance including monitoring standards created/maintained by external bodies such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 etc.

Suitable candidates will have:

A thorough understanding of Environmental Systems standards and concepts
The ability to implement organisational change while maintaining customer satisfaction and focus
A thorough understanding of environment systems, standards and concepts in a highly regulated environment
The ability to maintain compliance in a dynamic and changing environment
The ability to manage broad, long range projects in support of strategic objectives and to motivate human resources in the support of those objectives
Practical experience in organic waste treatment.
