Our Client are looking for an experienced professional with commercial flair and broad experience in manufacturing, ideally with some international exposure.

The successful individual would have a proven track record:

of delivering excellence in financial management
of control and effective management over operational budgets
for accurate financial reporting
for forecasting.

The individual must be:

professionally qualified in accountancy
with previous experience as an Finance Director
able to play a key part in nurturing commercial decisions, and
experienced in building excellent relations with advisor's, analysts and investors with a Plc.

Preferably the Finance Director would be someone:

with a charismatic hands on style
strong operational focus
an eye for detail
with a sense of humour.

An asset would be someone who:

could contribute broadly to strategic planning and operational direction throughout the company
can bring a sense of fun to the workplace
is an approachable team player
enjoys mentoring and developing people.
