Our Client is seeking the following for an exciting opportunity

This person will handle the installation and commissioning activities for our clients products, as well as the product training, development and management of the engineering teams of the worldwide network of appointed Distributors.

This person must be able to:

operate to the relevant procedures and services required by the department
provide support when required for staff within the production test and engineering departments, and provide input for the preparation and issue of Installation and Operator manuals
validate the Distributors installation activity and provide on-site commissioning of their products with the Distributors engineers to the acceptable sign off and hand over to the end user
provide on-site training of the Distributors engineering teams and, where necessary the end users of the their products to enable them to service and fully maintain the products throughout their operating life
undertake other reasonable tasks as directed by the Product Support Manager.
This person must also be able to:

operate within the agreed budget for the department
ensure that company procedures are followed in accordance with ISO 9001.
This person should have the following key skills:

Electronic, electro-mechanical, HVAC engineering competence to a minimum of C & G standard
17th Edition IIE wiring regulations desirable
be computer literate
have the ability to operate in a well organised manner
be an effective communicator
possess sound technical product knowledge.
