Due to continuing project wins and a very healthy order book my clients are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Hydrologist for work on general water projects with a particular emphasis on Flooding. The position is based within the company?s central Brisbane office.

You will have around 7 years experience and hold the right to work in Australia. This is a great opportunity to join a progressive company and potentially get involved in business development as well as utilising your technical abilities.

The role will be responsible for the management of projects compromising of major flood investigations and catchment management studies. Projects will include 2D modelling and creek design, stormwater management and flood mitigation and integrated water management investigation.

The triumphant candidate will have:
? Around 7 years consultancy experience
? A relevant degree and/or postgraduate qualification
? Experience in managing a small team
? Experience in using MIKEFLOOD, MIKE22, TUFLOW
? Previous exposure to some of the following modeling programs: SOBEK, WBNM, XP-RAFTS, DRAINS, XPSTORM, MUSIC and HEC-RAS
