Site Business Manager
North West
£30k - £35k + company car
Allen & York are searching for a Site Business Manager to join one of the leading Waste Management companies.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all operations and resources comply with relevant legislation and policy (Health & Safety, Employment Law etc)
- Develop and maintain Site Improvement Plans
- Monitor all internal and external compliance documents
- Training
- Preparation of the relevant financial procedures (budgets, plans, reports, debtors etc)
- Control of costs
- Production of monthly management reports
- Ensure all operation check are completed thoroughly and on time
- Management of staff
- Maintain company image
Relevant qualifications are essential and good demonstrable experience is also a must
