We are working with a leading Engineering Company who are working on key depots in the London/ South east areas. The role will be multi-site with two key locations in North London, and in Crawley.

 

You will be responsible for providing a full FM service and operational management delivery, reporting into the Operations Director this is a fantastic opportunity to spread your wings and achieve professional development in a hugely successful global company.

 

This role will need someone who can develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategy including the procurement of all required services. You will ensure that the technical, construction, commercial, logistics and production teams have all the required equipment and assets to make the depots fully operational.

 

To be suitable for this position, ideally you will have knowledge and experience in rail, highways, and rolling stock or transport sectors. You will be from an engineering background and confident communicating with a range of maintenance engineers and subcontractors. This role will also call for an individual with a keen eye for detail and fully conversant with health and safety and compliance issues in the construction industry.
