Graduate Town Planner - Essex
£22,000 - £30,000 per annum - Includes company car, bonus and benefits

Unique opportunity for a Graduate Town Planner to join a team of experienced Planning consultants in Essex.
The role is a fantastic opportunity to work on the entire spectrum of Town Planning, with full support and sponsorship towards your APC, and the chance to be involved in land buying, promotion and the strategic elements of the planning sector.
You will be working in partnership with senior Planning professionals to develop your experience through the company, whether that be liaising with clients, creating planning applications, design and access statements, and being actively involved in the creative section of the business, determining the best use for land, for example turning landfill sites into a 5* golf course, or a greenfield site into a public park for the community.
The company offers a competitive salary, company car with expenses paid, and benefits including bonus dependant on performance. Outside of these rewards, the right Town Planner will receive full support to reach MRTPI status, and be part of a friendly and motivated team, who have regular socials and sponsor an array of corporate events.
If you are highly self motivated with a strong interest to go above and beyond the 'everyday' standard of planning services, this could be the opportunity for you.
You must hold a Driving Licence and be within commutable distance of Essex, or willing to relocate.
The role is within commutable distance from Central London.
Interviews are currently being held, please get in touch as soon as possible if interested.
