Our client is a key regional service provider working with a wide range of organisations throughout the North East region. They have a reputation for quality of service and value for money and are demonstrating continued growth.

The focus of the role will be to have overall accountability for maintaining and developing the company's turnover and margin performance. The role will have responsibility to manage a team to proactively identify and convert new business volume and price opportunities, whilst retaining and developing contributions from existing accounts.

This role will be a key position in developing the company's market position and extending the wide portfolio of clients that they service, as such you will need to be a strong manager, motivator, and be able to demonstrate excellent business acumen which will make you an integral part of the senior management team.

Candidates will need to be proactive, innovative, and strategic and be able to challenge established process whilst maintaining positive and forward thinking. This role will demand the ability to maintain and preserve the principles and plans for progress.

This role is one that will require an element of travel, but will be based in the North East.
