ALLEN & YORK have a great sales and business development opportunity with a valued client.
We are seeking candidates with exceptional skills in both sales and business development.
Our clients are within the environmental and sustainability sectors. Therefore candidates will be selected on their ability to understand professional services and building relationships in these areas of business.
Candidates must have demonstrable background in consultative selling and a proven ability to exceed sales targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
In addition to this candidates should have excellent communication experience and have a background in managing client accounts.
Ideally candidates should have demonstrable experience in business development, consulting and market experience, contract management and negotiation skills as well as a proven track record in delivering consultative projects.

Successful candidates will be responsible for developing long term relationships with corporate clients and maintaining existing clients. You will also be responsible for generating new and recurring (profitable) business.

You will be required to have dynamic characteristics and be able to identify new opportunities, understand and respond to clients' needs, prepare proposals and oversee the delivery of all projects.
