Senior Building Surveyor - Hertfordshire
£40,000 - £55,000 per annum + benefits
Are you a competent Building Surveyor, looking for your next step to Senior level? Or perhaps looking for a role closer to home?
Director looking for a Building Surveyor to join the Hertfordshire office of an established multi-disciplinary company. If you are a confidant individual that wants to work on a range of interesting projects, from defect diagnosis to full management of a block of flats in Central London, without the costs of working directly in the city centre, this is the role for you.
To be considered for this role you must be able to complete defect reports, party wall work, dilapidations and building surveys to a level which requires minimal supervision. Sectors include Residential, Commercial, Education, Social Housing, Local Authorities and Emergency Services (including large contracts with fire stations).

- Must be able to work in both a team and self sufficiently
- Defect analysis experience required
- Party Wall and/or dilapidations experience advantageous
- Experience in social housing or education not needed but would be beneficial

- Full driving licence required
