We are seeking to appoint a Senior Project Manager who has worked within a SAAS environment managing large implementation projects into an exciting organisation.
As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for managing a small service team, overseeing the implementation of software solutions for our customers.
Within our Professional Services Organization, the Senior Project Manager works closely with project teams, product managers, key account executives, partners and customers to ensure the successful sales and delivery of our solutions.

You will be able to demonstrate great management, good leadership with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer delight.

Duties to include;

Lead client service delivery
Manage a small Professional Services team
Drive/improve services quality and client satisfaction
Identify and manage risks
Facilitate communication between different departments and clients
Resolve conflict, escalations
Maintain client relationships
Support sales cycle to position services
Produce well defined project implementation proposals
Manage expectations and help manage to "zero surprises"
Anticipate project and account needs (proactive as opposed to reactive)
Ensure high quality Project deliverables and the proper implementation of QA plans
Make sure all project have their Project Status Reports, lead steering committees
Participate in the account planning meetings
Positively influence and add value to sales cycles
Position service offerings and help closing deals
Coordinate proposals with sales team
Lead the delivery of Services proposals for sales
Understand customers' objectives
Provide guidance and set expectations for a successful delivery
Participate in PreSales meetings
Review services contracts
Apply judgment and flexibility in contract negotiations
Insure contract compliance with internal objectives, rules and policies
Validate pricing at his/her authorized level
Develop packaged services to speed-up implementations and reduce risks
Generate new services revenue
Help the services team grow their sales skills


Experience required

At least 10 years of professional experience working on software or integration projects
At least 7 years of project management and implementation of software solutions for large enterprises
At least 2 years in leadership of a small services team
Proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients/partners
Some experience in sales of professional services

On occasions you will be required to travel to customers sites, the majority will be in locations within Europe.
