On behalf of our client we are currently looking to recruit a Shared Services Cashier on a fixed term basis for 6 month. The purpose of this role is to ensure an accurate and timely processing of all customer receipts onto the sales ledger in line with the current KPI’s.

Responsibilities will include:

 Daily download and preparation of all Bank Statements from online Banking facility
   to facilitate upload into MSDAX
 Daily download, preparation & reconciliation of the Worldpay Statement for the on
   line credit card facility
 Daily reconciliation of Bank Accounts within MSDAX using the Bank/Treasury  
 Identifying daily cash receipts, posting to the relevant customer account on the
   Sales Ledger
 Up-date the Credit Manager/Credit Controllers of any receipt issues as and when
   they arise
 Identification of any over or under payments
 Highlighting any important payments received such as those passed for legal
 Be the go to person internally & externally for dealing receipts/payment queries
 Processing customer refunds
 Processing of Sales Ledger Journals
 Assist with managing and keeping unallocated cash within agreed KPI’s
 Identify daily DDR & outgoing payments and advise Purchase Ledger accordingly
 Maintain Salesforce “Dashboard”
 Liaise with BDM’s to ensure EXOR debt is collected within agreed Credit Terms


The successful candidate will have:
 Knowledge of Microsoft office specifically Excel
 Knowledge of MSDAX
 Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
 Attention to detail
 Achieve a high level of accuracy
 Ability to deal with high volume data processing
 The role will suit a self-motivated individual
 Strong organisation skills with an ability to prioritise to ensure deadlines are met
 Ability to implement new procedures positively and adapt to a changing
 Team Player


Level of Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:
 Minimum of 2 years proven sales/purchase ledger administration and or cashiers
 A minimum of 5 GCSE’s preferable
 Must have a proven track record/experience working in a Cashiering role


Hours of work are 9:00am to 17:00pm Mon to Fri, Free parking available.
