What question’s should I ask at an Interview?

An interview is a two way process, you need to be sure this is the right job for you and one of the ways you will do this is by asking the interviewer questions!

Here are some useful questions to ask:

• What will be my responsibilities?

• Who will I report to?

• Where will I fit in the overall organisational structure?

• What do you expect me to do in the first 6 months?

• Who are your Customers/Clients?

• Where is the company going?

• What training do you provide?

• What is the next step?

At the end of the interview it is also useful to ask about the Salary and Benefits !

If you feel confident enough at the end of the interview then a good question to ask is “Do you have any worries/concerns regarding my suitability for this job ?” this way they can raise any concerns with you there and then and you can try and reassure them or reiterate your commitment and enthusiasm for the role.

Good Luck!
