The role
The role of a Senior Recruitment Consultant is fast paced and target driven and to be successful you will have high levels of personal focus, self-motivation and commercial drive.
The Senior Recruitment Consultant’s emphasis is on nurturing close relationships with our established clients whilst developing new clients to add to an already successful portfolio. Hours can be long, but the rewards can be high.
The candidate
A graduate or of graduate calibre with a ‘green’ interest – you will have had at least 1 year of previous work experience ideally as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or within a Sales environment, together with the ability to demonstrate a track record of commercial acumen and communication skills.
