They are part of the Alliant Energy Corporation, a $7-billion diversified energy and industrial services company with over 8,000 employees, who offer expertise in energy management, as well as a global network of diverse resources.
Allen and York are market leading Envrionmental Recruiters and consequently the HR Manager at RMT contacted Allen and York to assist in finding new staff with skills in European Environmental Business Management and Environmental Project Management to join RMT's European team.
The Service
After careful thought a Managed Advertising Service was proposed and developed, utilising Allen and York's relationship with various specialist job boards to give the best possible market coverage and opportunity to reach very relevant candidates.
Allen and York then managed the advertising response and all CVs were thoroughly screened by the specialist environmental recruitment consultants to assess their suitability against the job descriptions provided.
The candidates with relevant skills, Business and Project Management, were then fully briefed on the job opportunities and the company. This included how their careers in Management might advance in the future, in particular the sort of environmental and business management projects they would get involved with.
The Result
The most appropriate candidates were presented to RMT and interviews arranged. From the individuals interviewed those with the most appropriate business and project management skills were selected and offered jobs.
Allen and York's personal and bespoke approach, meant that they managed the communications and negotiations of these offers to ensure the selected candidates were successfully recruited in to their roles.
