Severn Trent, who already employ almost 6,000 people, are looking to increase their asset creation and repair and maintenance teams, by 250 more employees.
Successful candidates will play a role in supplying water to 4.5 million customers across the Midlands and north and mid-Wales.
The job roles Severn Trent will be looking to fill include repair and maintenance technician, technical administrator and network support.
Experience is preferred, but Severn Trent says it was also willing to train up the “right people”.
Liv Garfield, Severn Trent Chief Executive, said: “alongside the teams who work to keep our network working perfectly, we also need people who can change our pipes, create a new connection or carry out major work to improve and update our network.
“Our teams are absolutely brilliant and this is a great chance to join an awesome company, while also making a real difference to millions of people.”
