ALLEN & YORK are also global leaders within the Sustainability and we were Marshalls’ first choice to help them source a new Group Energy & Carbon Manager to drive forward their sustainability strategy.

The Service 

Using our extensive database, we were immediately able to identify suitable candidates for Marshalls and narrowed down the search within our network of contacts. This was combined with tapping into existing relationships with individuals within the market to give the best possible coverage and opportunity to reach every relevant candidate.

The Result 
This pivotal assignment was lead by our Senior Energy Recruitment Consultant, who put forward a selection of high calibre candidate CVs to Marshall’s Directors.  Our teams will always make a selection for each client, so that only the most suitable candidates are presented.  

We organise interviews and undertake any offer negotiations on behalf of our client and in this instance we were able to introduce the ideal individual for the Group Energy & Carbon Manager position.
