Contingency Recruitment

Our contingency service, preferably delivered on an exclusive basis, means we have the opportunity to search for candidates in your niche market with your commitment to us providing candidates that meet your brief.

Results driven, the contingency fee is only paid once a placement is made and a candidate hired.

Contingency+ Recruitment

As an extension of our contingency offer, Contingency+ is run on an exclusive basis and benefits from a marketing and networking lead approach to candidate generation. Supported by direct sourcing it is an excellent option for when a client wishes to raise their profile and benefit from their association with us as ‘green’ recruiters.

This option includes enhanced marketing - delivering a range of dual branded, marketing-led products, including (but not limited to) advertising on our LinkedIn Job slot, being a featured role on the A&Y Website, video and image led adverts on social media and bespoke mailers highlighting your specific vacancy to a targeted recipient list.

Using Contingency+ we can cover the market thorough marketing activities and make approaches through direct sourcing - all with the benefit of “piggy backing” on the back of the A&Y brand (which has been active in the green talent market since 1993).

Allen & York's trained and experienced consultants will work with our clients, as an extension of their HR team, as required to define roles, help with job descriptions and person specifications, benchmark salary and remuneration packages, develop candidate packs, write compelling job adverts, and offer help and advice through the whole recruitment process.
