Typical salary: £30,000 – £45,000 | 0–3 years’ experience

Senior Data Analyst

Leads complex analysis projects, builds advanced reporting models and provides insights that influence strategic decisions across teams and stakeholders.

Typical salary: £45,000 – £60,000 | 4–7 years’ experience

Lead Data Analyst / Analytics Lead

Oversees analytics delivery, manages reporting frameworks and ensures data quality and consistency across business functions while mentoring junior analysts.

Typical salary: £60,000 – £80,000 | 7–12 years’ experience

Head of Data / Analytics Manager

Provides strategic leadership across data and analytics functions, shaping data strategy, governance and insight-led decision-making across the organisation.
