Health & Safety Advisor (Construction)

Responsible for supporting safe systems of work on construction sites, carrying out inspections, risk assessments and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Typical salary: £35,000 – £50,000 | 0–3 years’ experience

Senior Health & Safety Advisor / HSE Advisor

Leads site safety management activities, conducts audits and investigations, and supports the development and implementation of health and safety procedures across multiple projects.

Typical salary: £50,000 – £65,000 | 4–7 years’ experience

Health & Safety Manager (Construction)

Oversees health and safety strategy across projects or regions, ensuring compliance, improving safety culture and managing risk across complex construction environments.

Typical salary: £65,000 – £85,000 | 7–12 years’ experience

Head of Health & Safety / HSE Director

Provides strategic leadership across health and safety functions, shaping policy, leading compliance strategy and driving continuous improvement across large construction organisations.

Typical salary: £85,000 – £120,000+ | 12+ years’ experience
