As an experienced technical support technician you are used to providing help and advice to your clients across network infrastructure and software. You have a good understanding of Microsoft, VMware and Citrix systems, and can support your clients' anti-virus and firewall needs.
This opportunity will allow you to demonstrate your NAS and SAN expertise and prevent emergencies with backup solutions across a number of product ranges.
You will be part of the help desk team in a Gold Partnership company, sharing your expertise and support to your clients. And because they're businesses that don't sleep, neither does the helpdesk.
