Our client is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Operations Assistant to assist with the running and managing of their Skip Hire and Trade Waste departments. The role is primarily based in Gloucester however; you will be required to provide holiday cover at other depots when required. Our clients Skip Hire department now runs a substantial fleet of lorries across the Skip Hire, Hook and Trade Waste services.
If you have extensive knowledge within the construction and waste industry with operations experience with a drive for success this could be right for you. Supporting the Divisional Operations Manager, you will have the ability to communicate at all levels, be able to engage and encourage staff and have experience developing company policies and procedures.
To be considered, you should have at least 3 years Logistics and operational experience along with demonstrable management experience (Minimum 3 years) and preferably waste/skip hire involvement.
