Our client, a leading property, infrastructure and construction consultancy company, is looking for an experience CDM / H&S Consultant to join their Cambridgeshire office.
The role involves duties in accordance with the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015, as well as carrying out site H&S audits and acting as a nominated advisor to external Principal Designer organisations.
You will also assist internal design teams to comply with PD role, and will assist clients to ensure that they comply with their duties.
You should have a minimum of 3 years' experience providing dedicated CDM / H&S Advisor or Consultant services within the construction industry and should hold a NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety.
You should also be a recognised member of a proven H&S organisation, preferably with a professional qualification in construction, engineering, building surveying or building services.
Good knowledge of Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 2007 and 2015 is essential, as is an excellent understanding of Health & Safety within the construction industry.
You should also be able to manage your time effectively and prioritise your workload.
