Our client is a design-led visual merchandising services company based in the City of London. They are seeking to appoint a Client Services Administrator to join the business.

- To carry out all administrative tasks required for the smooth running of the team.

Main Responsibilities
Client Services
- To support the Head of Client Services.
- To be responsible for processing repeat orders and roll outs for existing clients.
- To manage customer complaints and queries efficiently and in a timely manner.
- To meet with existing clients where necessary to aid problem solving and ensure an ongoing relationship.
- To offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining the client.
- To help maintain an up-to-date database for existing clients and assist with mail outs.
Sales
- To conduct pre sales and post sales service support to clients.
- To provide sales support to the front line sales team.
- To liaise with the sales team on frequent basis about new clients and development.
- To attend meetings with the sales team for new clients where necessary.
- To be responsible for collating and updating figures for sales sheets.
- To be responsible for updating quote sheets for sales meetings.
Other
- To keep the Head of Client Services, Sales and factory team up-to-date with any issues that arise with existing client orders and products.
- To undertake any other administrative duties or responsibilities as needed or assigned by management or Directors.
- To manage day to day communication with production, logistics and accounts teams.
- To be self-motivated to gain the knowledge necessary to perform the job to a high standard.
- To cover members of the team when they are absent.
- To ensure company resources are used in an appropriate and cost-conscious manner.
- To cover members of the team when they are absent.
- To meet KPIs set by your manager in the specified timelines.
- To maintain strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain performance under pressure and to tight deadlines.
