Our client is a design-led visual merchandising services company based in the City of London. They are seeking to appoint a Client Services Administrator to join the business.


Job Summary:

  2. To build excellent rapport with clients, fulfilling orders and dealing with complaints.
  3. To carry out all administrative tasks required for the smooth running of the team.
  4. To portray the company image and role model the company values.

Main Responsibilities


Client Services

  1. To support the Head of Client Services.
  2. To be responsible for processing repeat orders and roll outs for existing clients.
  3. To manage customer complaints and queries efficiently and in a timely manner.
  4. To meet with existing clients where necessary to aid problem solving and ensure an ongoing relationship.
  5. To offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining the client.
  6. To help maintain an up-to-date database for existing clients and assist with mail outs.


  1. To conduct pre sales and post sales service support to clients.
  2. To provide sales support to the front line sales team.
  3. To liaise with the sales team on frequent basis about new clients and development.
  4. To attend meetings with the sales team for new clients where necessary.
  5. To be responsible for collating and updating figures for sales sheets.
  6. To be responsible for updating quote sheets for sales meetings.


  1. To keep the Head of Client Services, Sales and factory team up-to-date with any issues that arise with existing client orders and products.
  2. To undertake any other administrative duties or responsibilities as needed or assigned by management or Directors.
  3. To manage day to day communication with production, logistics and accounts teams.
  4. To be self-motivated to gain the knowledge necessary to perform the job to a high standard.
  5. To cover members of the team when they are absent.
  6. To ensure company resources are used in an appropriate and cost-conscious manner.

  8. To meet KPIs set by your manager in the specified timelines.
  9. To maintain strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain performance under pressure and to tight deadlines.
