Construction Project Manager in Heat Networks
Allen & York is proud to recruit for the Construction Project Manager role in an outstanding company.
The role will require an experienced project manager within the utility construction field, preferable within heating network, but not necessarily. A proven track record of managing subcontractors is important. The successful candidate will manage the execution phase of the projects, communicating with the Project Design and Operations & Maintenance teams.
Qualifications and experience in H&S on site (CDM2015), project management (such as PRINCE2 or APM, etc.) and construction contracts (i.e. NEC3 or JCT) are essential.
As for personal qualities, you will demonstrate leadership, decision making, management, organisational, communication and negotiating skills, so as to interact positively with clients and colleagues. You will also have a strong commercial and contractual acumen giving you the ability to have a flexible approach to client requirements, in order to deliver solutions efficiently and safely.
