Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Preston, due to high volumes of work from new and returning customers.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for the company, completing sales and often dealing with enquiries and complaints. Your day-to-day will also include using the company's bespoke system to record customer and partner data and to compare and negotiate prices. You will also build relationships with customers, clients and partners and will carry out price confirmations and other information checks with all three.
You will have excellent IT and communication skills, with preferable experience in a call centre or another customer service profession. You will also have confidence, positivity and flexibility, along with a responsible and professional attitude and an aptitude for innovation.
