Our Client is a leading Waste Management and Recycling company in the South West of England. They operate over six sites, handling over 100,000 tonnes of waste per year which contributes to the powering over 4,000 homes.
Our client prides itself on its customer satisfaction and as the Customer Services Manager, you will play a key role in leading the customer services team driving the company's vision forward to delivery of first class customer service. This is a fast paced and varied role which will require you to put your previous management skills into practice.
If you have experience or enjoy working in the waste management and recycling industry, and have strong leadership skills, this role could be right for you.
To be considered, it is essential that you have demonstrable experience managing a customer service team, have a real 'can-do' attitude, have strong communication as well as advanced Microsoft Office skills.
