On behalf of our client we are looking to appoint an experienced Customer Services professional. The organisation is a family run nationally based business which provides a high end product and service.
Purpose of the role: To proactively follow up on customer enquiries and leads to assess the customers needs and requirements with a view to booking an appointment with a sales representative. It will be essential that you are comfortable talking over the telephone and can build rapport with people quickly.
Duties will include:
Ensure a professional and exceptional Telesales service is provided for all branches.
Pleasantly and politely engage with Customers so that acceptable solutions to their enquiries are provided.
Consistently strive for exceptional performance ensuring amongst others, that targeted rates of conversion of Enquiries to Appointments for all prospecting customers are achieved.
Ensure efficient Appointment allocation and Management for all branches including the Dorset office.
Systems and General Administration.
Efficiently make use of and correctly maintain Company's systems in process of fulfilling all Job responsibilities.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of system data at all times.
Constructively and effectively contribute towards development and improvement of Company's systems.
The office is modern and open plan with a friendly and professional team.
On top of listed salary there is a target bonus of £4,000 per annum which is paid quarterly.
