Spinning the sustainability plates responsibly.
Are you a manager looking for a new big challenge? One where there are many plates spinning at different speeds where you can be on hand to upright the wobblers, speed up those that have slowed and coordinate the whole act.
You are established in CSR and Sustainability reporting, using your in-depth knowledge of GRI standards, and have kept up to speed with technology advancements, using CRM systems and other software packages to support you in your role. This knowledge and skill has helped you climb the career ladder so far, but you now need to take the next step and add a few extra plates to your record.
As a Director of Operations, you could be overseeing a team of project managers, making sure the day to day activities of the Corporate Social Responsibility division is kept spinning smoothly. You will be striving to ensure your teams respond to customers' enquiries, problems and needs quickly and efficiently. Liaising between teams you can make sure that the Sales and Development teams are constantly improving the services that they offer in line with the customers' feedback. A proven leader, you already conduct performance reviews, but you will manage your team and your colleagues through peer reviews to follow the trends and the competition.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rising Sustainability Software company who support clients' Global Reporting Initiative and CSR reporting needs. Joining the business now will see you grow alongside your team and the business overall.
You will be the face of the software product, delivering marketing and product information at conferences, exhibitions and Sustainability forums. An authority on CSR and GRI matters.
You'll be at the top of the list if you've worked within a Sustainability Department in a large national or international consulting firm in the past, and have a degree in CSR, Management or Marketing. And if you're successful you can help shape your own salary and bonus structure.
