As Director pf Technical Consulting you will operate across different sectors including Water, Environment, and Chemical industries, for clients that include regulators, water and utility companies, government organisations, NGOs, trade organisations, industrial manufacturers.
In this role you will be required to provide the commercial leadership across you technical discipline. You will be expected to motivate a highly skilled team to deliver the current objectives of the business and to develop the strategy for subsequent growth.
You will be expected to provide a full range of consulting services to the water, wastewater, gas and network asset operator along with their regulators and respective supply chain. You will establish and maintain a confident, inclusive and productive working environment that delivers highly successful projects on behalf of the business's clients.
As a member of the Executive Team, you will be responsible for the general arrangements of the directorate including financial performance to deliver sustainable growth through an engaged work force for the benefit of the Group. While ensuring compliance with the relevant company systems, processes and procedures to ensure timely delivery of all outputs ensuring the Safety, Health & Wellbeing, Environmental compliance, and Quality.
You will hold as a minimum a Batchelors Degree in either a scientific or engineering discipline with preferably a postgraduate qualification. You will have 5 years' experience in a similar role. Holding extensive experience and a proven ability to identify, engage clients and covert opportunities into revenue.
You will be an active user of all forms of appropriate media, be competent in developing content in line with corporate guidance and will be empowered to use personal and company social media accounts to fulfil your role.
