Are you an academic with some sound project management experience? Would you like to join an organisation with a strong name in the International Development space? Are you available at short notice? If so, please read on...

Working on a global, multi-million pound project within the Public Sector Governance Team, your previous project management experience will come in handy, together with your strong analytical background as you manage the high profile Diagnostics project. You will ideally have experience of managing a DFID programme and providing expert service to the client. Your experience of working on policy, implementation and research is essential as is your ability to resolve issues related to training. As you can imagine, you'll be a strong communicator, both verbally and written and will have led and managed projects for roughly five years.

Do you have a post graduate degree in either social sciences, international development, economics or Law? Perfect, as the skills obtained from these courses will be invaluable in this role.

Working with an excellent Team of professionals all dedicated to their sectors within the international development space, you'll be ideally placed to learn and develop, plus there are other interesting roles and areas to move into following this three year fixed term contract (which may itself be extended).

Fancy a punt down the river? Based in Oxford, you'll be able to do lots of this and you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and package. (You'll have to be willing and able to commute to Oxford 2-3 days per week if you're based elsewhere).

So if you'd like to find out more about this role, call Katie on 01202 888986 ext 207.
