Are you an Environmental Consultant, with knowledge of environmental compliance and technical assessment, looking for a great new role?
We're looking for an Environmental Consultant to work across a range of development sectors, but will be predominantly focused on waste and recycling, minerals and energy. If this sounds like you, read on!
You'll be responsible for the preparation and management of environmental reports and technical assessments in support of environmental permit applications, planning applications and relevant environmental compliance commissions. You'll predominantly be office/ home based, reporting to the Principal Environmental Consultant and Environmental Director as required.
With numerate, competent and efficient report writing skills, you will undertake qualitive and quantitative geological/ hydrogeological risk assessments, hydrological risk assessments and landfill gas risk assessments.
The Environmental Consultant needs to be a team player, as they will be required to work as a multi-disciplinary team. With experience of working in a forward-facing role, project managing colleagues, as well as adapting to work under their own initiative.
A technical background, ideally with a minimum of degree qualified in an appropriate environmental/engineering field and has seven or more years' experience working within a relevant sector.
