You will be based at the clients state-of-the-art, custom built technology centre in Poole (occasional Travel), where there is FREE parking!
You will be joining an established first line support team. Initially, you will be responsible for Logging incidents, agreeing priorities and setting customer expectations.
Your interest in computers, infrastructure and software will set you up for this role. This role is no dead end, after some training you will be expected to help resolve some basic support issues.
Training is a major part of this role, with product training, mentoring and vocational coaching / learning all available to YOU.
