General Utilities Technician - Water

The Role
As the pipeline inspection and testing capability of the company grows and develops we require new fieldwork technicians to perform site visits and support activity to ensure our surveys continue to run smoothly.
If you have a background in utilities, water networks, street works, leakage or inspection and want to join this exciting and expanding area of our business, we want to hear from you.
As the General Utilities Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting sites to ensure surveys run smoothly. This role would particularly suit a former utilities network technician or leakage technician, but we are interested to hear what skills you can bring to the role.
You will be required to demonstrate self- management and attention to detail when completing paperwork. Good people skills and a professional attitude to work are essential.
You must have a full clean driving licence, able to drive long wheelbase van (3.5 ton) and ideally you will have:
- CSCS card
- NRSWA Unit 2
- EUSR Water Hygiene Training
- Confined Spaces card
Based at the office in Swindon, Wiltshire, or at our client's offices in London.
You will be paid for a 47.5 hour week inclusive of your travel time to site for a five day week. There is scope to earn overtime plus a performance related bonus. You may also be required to work nights and the occasional weekend.
