Graduate Town Planner - York

You will have recently graduated with a degree or Masters in Town Planning or related subject
As a Graduate Town Planner, you will be responsible for preparing planning applications, undertaking research and analysis and the appraisal of new development opportunities. You will also be involved in meetings with clients and assembling reports.
Ideally as a Graduate Town Planner you will be able analyse and problem solve, advocate solutions verbally and in writing and convey ideas clearly to your colleagues and have a strong aptitude for the use of office-based software, such as Microsoft office, outlook, GIS and mapping.
Whilst working in a team environment you will have the determination and ability to work on your own initiative to develop your skills and support the tender process, this in part will be done by demonstrating your strong work ethic to meet client expectations and promote the business in a positive way.
